Fran serves as Assistant Vice President and Commercial Underwriter for Chicago Title’s Philadelphia National Commercial Services (NCS) operation. He concentrates on Pennsylvania commercial transactions originated by our offices across the country. Fran's projects are as varied as hydro-electric plants, shopping centers, industrial facilities and multi-site retail.

Prior to his time at Fidelity, Fran spent nine years as a paralegal at an AMLAW 100 law firm. The majority of his work there was title review for large commercial loan transactions.
