Karen serves as Assistant Vice President and National Commercial Title Officer for Chicago Title’s Philadelphia National Commercial Services (NCS) operation.She joined the Philadelphia NCS in December, 2014. Previously, Karen worked for another national underwriter for 21 years handling Pennsylvania residential closings. Her duties include handling commercial closings both locally and nationally, as well as being a part of the commercial sales team.

Right out of college, Karen began working in the title business by answering phones and typing commitments and, close to 23 years later, she is still in the business. She is a member of the Pennsylvania Notary Association. Karen graduated from Temple University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Secondary English Education.
