Pam serves as Assistant Vice President and Commercial Underwriter for Chicago Title's Philadelphia National Commercial Services (NCS) operation. She joined the company in 1984 starting out in production ordering title work for residential deals, and typing commitments and policies in the Northern Virginia area. Pam then became the production supervisor until she moved to Delaware in 2004 and started with the commercial department in Philadelphia.

In Pam's current role she assists in getting commercial deals closed by ordering updates of title, clearing title matters, answering or getting answers to underwriting questions. She also reviews surveys, revises commitments, issues pro forma policies, records documents and issues final policies.
